Orchestrate (United Kingdom) · Last updated 2 July 2026
This policy covers the Orchestrate mobile apps (including The Sober Sommelier, Blackspot and Sixword) and the Orchestrate account service behind them.
Solely to provide the app's features: keeping your account working, syncing your own content, and showing community features you take part in. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Some features send the specific content you submit (for example a photo you ask an app to identify, or a short text you post for moderation) to our AI service providers to process that request. Under our agreements with those providers, this content is not used to train their models.
On cloud infrastructure hosted in the United Kingdom (London). Sign-in data is held by our identity provider with UK data residency. Data is encrypted in transit.
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and your private data immediately; contributions you shared with the community (ratings, venue sightings, feed posts) are retained in permanently anonymised form, with nothing linking them to you — see Account Deletion.
Under UK GDPR you can access, export, correct or delete your data. Every signed-in app offers data export and account deletion in-app, or see how to delete your account. For anything else, contact us and we'll respond within one month.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and Orchestrate accounts are not offered to them.
